To register for St. Catharine school not using EdChoice follow these steps:
Step 1: Complete the enrollment registration form. Call (513) 481-7683 or download from website. Parishioners click here, non-parishioners click here. There is also an enrollment letter to read here, and an informational form to fill out here.
- Step 2: Attach copies of birth certificate, baptisimal certificate, immunization record, and child's social security number.
- Step 3: Enclose $50 registration fee.

EdChoice Scholarship Program Currently Accepted at St. Catharine School
What Is EdChoice :
The Ohio EdChoice Program provides state-funded scholarships to students who attend low-performing public
schools. The scholarships may be used to attend participating private schools. The EdChoice Scholarship
amount covers school tuition.

EdChoice Scholarship applications are accepted from February 1, 2010 - April 16, 2010.

* 2010-2011 incoming Kindergarten students living within the Westwood, Cheviot or Midway Elementary School District or other EdChoice qualifying schools.
